Islands Of Adventure, Orlando, Fl. –  Who doesn’t love coasters and super hero’s? Worlds that can bring you closer than ever to things you only saw in the movies. A place where a kid my age can walk around with a wand and a smile, casting spells on those who don’t respect the spell limits. But, eating….on a plant-based / vegan diet had always seemed to be something of a mystery.

Sure, we had our solid options….pretzels, french fries, but really nothing of substance when trying to enjoy a sit down, chillax meal. So I felt the overwhelming desire to sit down and make an accurate UP TO DATE plant-based guide to Universal Studios Orlando 2019.

Let me stress that the plant-based guide to Islands of Adventure along with my Universal Studios guide would not have been possible without the amazing efforts of Stephen Cagnina, Shelby Price and all the input from the members of the Universal Orlando Vegans Facebook group.

I will have a guide to Volcano Bay and the resorts coming soon, so make sure you give me a follow and please SHARE!!!
