SeaWorld, Orlando-  If you know me, or have been following me you are well aware that I am 100% plant-based! You also know that my “Happy Place” is at theme parks like SeaWorld Orlando. So as a pass-holder for years, I have always enjoyed all the events the park has throughout the year. But I just wish I had more options when it came to food. One of the events that we have been calling on to be a little more “vegan-friendly” was the Seven Seas Food Festival. Well, it looks like SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival Has Gone Plant-Based! Well sorta.

Vegan Market

With flavors being featured from around the globe, for the VERY FIRST TIME, there is now a Vegan Market being offered at this year’s festival. With a wide array of wine, specialty cocktails, and local and international craft brews.

Chef Héctor Colón and his culinary masters have either got sick of my emails every year around this time or maybe my friends in PR just felt they wanted to make 2019 kick off with a bang. I mean Rob Base and Vegan options?! But we will save the amazing music line up for another article.

  • Impossible Meat Slider
Caramelized Balsamic Onions, Jalapeno Ketchup, and Fresh Arugula on a Mini Pretzel Bun
  • Avocado Corn Tostadas
Crispy Corn Tostada Topped with Homemade Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and Vegan Cream
  • Homemade Nutty Butter Protein Bar
Vegan Brown Rice, Peanut Butter, Caramel, and Nuts drizzled with Chocolate
